How a renovation with us works
1. Assessment & budget
We visit the property, understand your wishes and give you a realistic picture of scope, budget and timeline – before you commit.
2. Design & permits
Together with the architect we develop the plans and handle the licence process.
3. Construction
We select and coordinate the craftsmen, control quality and cost, and keep you updated every week.
4. Finishing & handover
Final details, cleaning and, if you wish, full interior design and styling – then we hand over your keys.
