We invite a limited number of co-investors to join selected real estate projects, where we handle all the practical aspects – and you share in the returns.

How It Works? We identify properties with potential for value creation (renovation, development, resale). We set up a dedicated project – typically in the form of a Spanish company (S.L.). You invest capital and acquire ownership in the project. We manage the entire process: purchase, permits, design, contractors, project management, marketing, and possibly resale. We provide regular updates with weekly reports and transparent financials. When the project is sold, the profit is shared according to the agreed distribution.
