Building af Finca - in the authentic Mallorca

We have build Finca la Vall from the bare field. We bought a plot on 17.000 m2 with almond trees and build our 450 m2 finca from scratch respecting the local building traditions of the island to blend in the landscape

Location: Outside Selva in North Western part of Mallorca.

Timeframe: 4 years to get the building licence (obra mayor) and 1 year to build.

Specifications:

A 450 m² finca at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, crafted with local materials and traditional techniques.

The design reflects La Vall Projects hallmark of Nordic minimalism enhanced by Mediterranean warmth.

Features include oak kitchen with stone countertops, tranquil bedrooms with locally-crafted wardrobes, themed bathrooms, a vast garden, infinity pool, and solar energy integration.
