Transforming a Palma Flat

Brief: Renovate, furnish, and style a 70 m² apartment in the historic part of Palma de Mallorca.

Location: Casa Antiqua, Palma Old Town. The apartment spans 70 m² over two floors with a rooftop terrace.

Timeframe: 3 months during the summer og 2025

After the Renovation

Brief Specifications:

Make the renovation within the limits of an Obra Menor (small building license). This means keep the existing walls.

Install a new kitchen and new appliances.

Replace the flooring – preferably with microcement – including on the rooftop.

Repaint all walls and ceilings.

Refresh the bathroom.

Fully furnish in a Scandinavian style blended with Mediterranean charm – the signature of La Vall Projects.

Create an inviting rooftop lounge environment with seating and a barbecue area.

Budget:

A fixed amount was agreed upon for the entire project.
