Our next project is a charming 19th century townhouse in the heart of the old town Pollenca
Location: Just behind the church and Placa Major in Pollenca
Timeframe: We bought the house in the summer of 2025 - and expect it to be done in 2028. It will take two years to get the building licence which is an Obra Mayor as we are making a complete renovation and adding a swimming pool.
